Throughout his career, Ben has been dedicated to comprehending global consumer change within the context of culture, technology, and capital. 

He has collaborated with major brands in financial services, automotive, and consumer sectors, spearheading initiatives to launch, diversify, and expand propositions across Europe, the US, Middle East, and Asia. 

Co-founder of the Modern Affluence Summit, Ben's accomplishments includes growing a global marketing services business, Keko,  across multiple territories, serving brands like Bentley Motors, Porsche, De-Beers, and LVMH exiting that business in 2022. 

Currently, a Senior Advisor to Adoreum & Partners, a Global Ambassador for the charity OnePlate, and Co-Founder of Rising Gen. Father to his daughter, and husband to Sophie.

Jessica McGawley

Consulting psychologist, mediator, and Founder of Dallington, a specialised mentorship practice for the rising generation. With extensive experience in family offices worldwide, Jessica launched Dallington after heading operations for a consulting boutique, focusing on guiding legacy families through successful generational transitions.  She has spearheaded a highly qualified multi-disciplinary team at Dallington, offering psychological, practical, and educational support. Their unique curriculum addresses rising generation needs with modules including conflict management, digital wellbeing, psychology of money, diversity, values understanding, emotional regulation, and adult relationship navigation.  Jessica's impact extends as a guest speaker at Henley Business School, guest author on 'Family Business and Responsible Wealth Ownership,' and Expert Lead on Next Generation Education for Ispahani Advisory Ltd.

Most recently, Sneh was Chief Executive Officer of Simplyhealth, a 150-year-old, purpose-driven UK healthcare company. With revenues of circa £250 million and a workforce of almost 1000 people, the company is a force for good, and is on a transformation journey to bring the very best in health care to the citizens of the UK.

Having trained as a surgeon, he went on to successfully establish and sell his own business; before joining the Bupa Group and was promoted through a variety of roles in the company, including Medical Director and Director of Healthcare Development. Following on, he was Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Oncotherapy Plc, a spin-off from CERN (home of the Large Hadron Collider). Before being VP of Population Health & vHealth at Aetna International (a CVS company). 

Currently Non-Executive director of Synnovis, the largest UK diagnostics company and Chairman of Rising Gen.

Marcus Watson

Marcus Watson

Marcus is an experienced corporate adviser, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist.

Marcus began his career in private banking and wealth management, initially in sales and marketing and later as an investment analyst, at private merchant bank Duncan Lawrie. 

He moved to Sigma Technology Management where he invested in the TMT sector; became founding Director of Sales & Marketing of Home House; and then co-founded Edison Interactive Group, the owner of TV production company Done & Dusted, online broadcasting network Swtich2 and sports e-commerce site Kitbag.

Currently the founder and CEO of Adoreum & Partners an inclusive members club for entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. Co-founder of Modern Affluence Summit and Rising Gen.

Anu Shah

Anu Shah

Co-Founder & CIO

Anu has worked as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor within the media and technology sector for over 20 years. 

From start-ups through to established market leaders, focus has been on building new businesses, monetising innovation and accelerating corporate development. 

Currently CEO of ZAG, a main investor and board member of Ladder and co-founder of Rising Gen. 

Previously held roles including, Corporate Development for BBH, Head of IMI mobile Europe and Managing Director of dx3.

Jon Stone
Venture Manager

Jon Stone

Venture Manager

Jon brings a combination of skills from his experiences in the military and the private sector.

He is an Infantry officer in the Army Reserve and has gained unique skills and experience in roles in the UK and overseas. He continues in this role in his spare time between being the Venture Manager for Zag and RisingGen.

Jon's other previous jobs have been in the luxury sector in London, helping to sell supercars and art to HNWIs, as well as some creative freelancing roles.

Jon combines these skills to join the right people together and drive ideas forward.
